Description of problem:
When accessing a rh 8.0 machine in an xterm from a redhat 6.x machine, the man
pages show up as gibberish because of the color coding.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into a rh 8.0 machine in an xterm
2. man man

	

Actual Results:  NAME
       man ��� format and display the
on���line manual pages
       manpath ��� determine user���s
search path for man pages

 [�����m system]
[�����p string]
[�����C config_file]
       [�����M pathlist]

(mozilla is replacing the gibberish with ???? when I post this in the bugzilla form)

color (and other formatting) can be turned off by passing the appropriate
groff/troff options (such as -c to disable color) through man.config
