Description of problem:
Request for an RPM to update nfs-utils from v0.3.3 to v1.0.1 for RH 2.1 AS. 
nfs-utils v1.0.1 provides greatly improved performance which would be beneficial
for Oracle9iRAC running RH 2.1 AS.

nfs-utils v1.0.1 provides greatly improved performance which would be beneficial
for Oracle9iRAC running RH 2.1 AS.  nfs-utils v1.0.1 provides a 6x increase in
performance over nfs-utils v0.3.3..

What are the critical improved areas?  As general policy, we don't upgrade major
versions of core packages in the middle of a release, and that goes doubly-so
for Advanced Server, but if there are specific changes in 1.0.1 which are good
enough to count essentially as bug-fixes against 0.3.3 performance problems then
it could possibly be considered.

Still needs info if we're not to close this outright.  Reassigning to
our current nfs maintainer for judgement on that.

This bug is filed against RHEL2.1, which is in maintenance phase.
During the maintenance phase, only security errata and select mission
critical bug fixes will be released for enterprise products.  Since
this bug does not meet that criteria, it is now being closed.
