J doesn't think the fix has made it into the platform code.

This fix is in the https://svn.jboss.org/repos/labs/labs/jbossrules/soa_tags/4.3.0.GA_IR1/  tag, hence in SOA-4.3.
I've verified this with a quick test that I ran against the drools bits shipped with CR1 (in deploy/jbrules.esb).
