Also seeing this for apps packaged as .wars - this is the case whether or not the ESB plugin is installed in the JON agent.

This is with the embedded server in SOA-P 4.3 IR4

Tom had asked about the performance of the JMX console in contrast to the Enterprise Console - if the service is deployed to the server, the service shows up in the JMX console as soon as the user refreshes the JMX console browser display.
