Fixed in *trunk* in revision 2210 of:
  build-tools/resource/schema/tool/eap/build.properties
  build-tools/resource/schema/tool/esb/build.properties
  build-tools/resource/schema/tool/esb/build.xml

Commit message:
  Use a property to track clustered setting, check default/minimal, or ask.

*Not yet* pulled up to 4.3.0 branch.

SOA-965
The schema tool Ant script will now prompts the user as to whether the configuration includes clustering instead of only applying it to the named configurations of "all" or "production".  You can also define this with org.jboss.esb.server.clustered property in build.properties
