Link: Added: This issue depends JBESB-2159

Comment 2 Dana Mison 2008-11-26 07:17:37 UTC
Regarding the release note for this issue:

I'm not 100% on what is happening in this issue. Was the problem that a non-specified process-scope effectively defaulted to false due to the behavior of Boolean.parseBoolean() ? And now it doesn't default to anything but remains NULL ?

Comment 3 Len DiMaggio 2008-12-03 15:37:30 UTC
Assigning to QE - reporter of original linked JIRA - for bug fix verification

Comment 4 Jiri Pechanec 2008-12-11 14:32:39 UTC
Verified in CR5

Comment 5 Dana Mison 2008-12-22 00:05:05 UTC
Release Note: Services variables were incorrectly defaulting to local instead of process scope. This has been corrected, the default scope is process.
