Chapter 10 Web Services Support has the following lines:

"For more details on these components and how to configure and use them, see the Message Action
Guide."

The Message Action Guide has been folded into the Programmers Guide and this information is in section 11.7

"You can also find more information within the wiki pages shipped with the JBossESB documentation."

I no longer find the wiki pages in 4.3 docs.   This statement should be removed

Removed CP04 as a Fix field because the Message Action Guide exists in that code tree. It's just not there in the 4.3 branch because we merged the docs.
