Added to 4.3.CP02 release notes as resolved: 

JBESB-2549 - Calls to Scout's BusinessQueryManager.getServiceFromBusinessService() method no longer returns the full organization.

This is covered in the QA tests within ESB.  It can be duplicated within QE if necessary, although only applies to juddi v2.
