Date of First Response: 2009-05-29 21:37:18 project_key: SOA Currently the majority of the relevant Smooks documentation is only available at smooks.org, we have had several users ask that the appropriate version of those documents be included in the JBoss ESB documentation set (and SOA Platform).
Link: Added: This issue is related to JBESB-2601
The current SOA-P 4.3CP01 uses smooks 1.0.1. The Smooks web site only has documentation for version 1.1 and 1.2 which have differences from the SOA-P version.
The ERD has 5.0 using smooks 1.1.1 (and possibly 1.2) so this looks like less of a problem. I assume that we are talking about including the complete smooks documentation http://www.smooks.org/mediawiki/index.php?title=V1.2:Smooks_v1.2_User_Guide (minus things like installation etc). Best guess first estimation is probably 4 weeks to convert and proof.
This has been done using the 1.2 docs. QE for doc at SOA-1575 The docbook source of this is being contributed back to Smooks team as jDocBook/Maven project
Verified in ER7.
