The table in question does not contain primary key on its id column. It can be a performance issue.

More precisely as this is a join table for node and large values it should contain primary key or unique constraint on tuple id largevalues_sha1 and separate index for id column

ModeShape has applied the fix to the 2.2.x branch.  Should be available now for those who pull the latest from 2.2.x branch.
