Web service operations annotated with @OneWay were not being called from the BPEL process. As a result, not even the SOAP message was being sent.  This problem has been fixed by a code change in the latest version of RiftSaw, so the  @OneWay operation now works as expected.

this is the first time we have shipped this so it does not have to be documented with resolved issues in the release notes
