Description Steven Hawkins 2010-12-13 14:52:56 UTC
Workaround: Workaround Exists
Workaround Description: Typically this error will only occur with XML documents. In many situations telling the engine to use the document "as is" using the wellformed option will be the best approach, e.g. XMLPARSE(DOCUMENT x WELLFORMED)
project_key: SOA

there is a bug in the stream reading logic that is treating multi-byte values at the internal buffer boundary as being an error.
