WS extensions cannot be configured using annotations

project_key: SOA WS extensions can be configured only by using an external XML file (annotations does not work). When the file is present, all webservices must be described in it otherwise, they are not deployed fully. User might expect basic annotations to work. User might expect WS without extensions to be deployed even if the config. file does not list them.
Martin - is this still an issue?
Since there has not been any update, I would assume so. I can re-check later.
