Description of problem:
cert-tools documentation remained almost untouched since cert tools were cloned from RHN. Man pages, howtos and comments in code often reference RHN stuff and the content doesn't reflect how things are done in Katello.

HowTos:
cert-tools/ssl-howto-simple.txt
cert-tools/ssl-howto.txt


Expected results:
Man pages, howtos and code comments provide information about how katello cert-tools work and how to use them.

These are handled by engineering, so assigning to Bryan for reassigning as he sees fit. Docs team is happy to help with wording, etc, if required.
