Description Heiko W. Rupp 2012-01-15 04:22:25 EST
The MeasurementBaseline has a flag "user entered".
This is set, when the user updates a baseline from the UI.

From looking at the SQL for recomputation, it looks like this flag is not honored and user entered baselines will be overwritten by the system.
