pulp trace on  user create

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set admin locale to kn
2. Goto to the  users page
3. Click on new user or "ಹೊಸ ಬಳಕೆದಾರ"
4. Set following credentials

ಬಳಕೆದಾರ ಹೆಸರು (username) -> ಬಳಕೆದಾರ
ಗುಪ್ತಪದ (passwd) -> password
ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿ (confirm) -> password
ಇಮೈಲ್ ವಿಳಾಸ (email) -> fooxyz


5. Save

Failed to create pulp user ಬಳಕೆದಾರ: Pulp::User: 500 Internal Server Error "Given ID is invalid. ID may contain numbers(0-9), upper and lower case letters(A-Z, a-z), hyphens(-), underscore(_) and periods(.)\")

Additional info:
Might need to have an english name for the pulp user or use the DB id to create the user.
