Yes, it did pull X11-version of emacs and other dependencies associated with it. Will fix it!
I have fixed the issue, RPMS from koji scratch build is available here http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=3720452 . Could you please test it?
It works great! Before I close this ticket, I would like to be able to install emacs-color-theme from EPEL.
