Description of problem:
 When VM is based on Win OS, then when using RunOnce is Domain always visible/enabled.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have an VM with WinOS & try to RunOnce that VM

Actual results:
 Once the list Attached Floppy contains [sysprep] no matter when Attach Flopy is checked or no - Domain is still visible & Enabled.

Expected results:
When Attached Floppy is unchecked or list is different than [sysprep] - Domain should be invisible/disabled.

The entire "Windows Sysprep" section in the Run Once dialog should be displayed only if the "Attach Floppy" check-box is checked and the selected floppy in the drop-down is "[sysprep]".
