can you try linux mem=xxxM as command on the very first screen (where xxx is 16Mbyte less than the amount of memory you have)
I have 2GB Ram (2048Mb) so i try linux mem=2032M and the result are: install exited abormal -- received signal 11 ---- Ctrl Alt F3 (just the last one) #modules to insert ide-cd ----- Ctrl Alt F4 <4>Unable to identify CD-Rom format <4> Can't find ext2 filesystem on dev loop(7,0)
I have removed 1GB ram and now the RedHat 8.0 works perfect.
Thanks for the bug report. However, Red Hat no longer maintains this version of the product. Please upgrade to the latest version and open a new bug if the problem persists.
