Description of problem:
mounted a stripe volume on nfs mount throwing I/O errors

often

Steps to Reproduce:
1.created a stripe volume with  2 bricks
2. NFS mounted the volume 
3. ran the following command " cp /etc/passwd /mnt" 
  
Actual results:
I/O error
