Steps to Reproduce:
1.Image build from CLI failed with the exception "error  disk activity error"
2.Even then the image details were updated on the UI with "Build" link

  
Actual results:
Click on Build , juts refreshes page

Expected results:
Should show the appropriate error message on the conductor
