Fixed in 1.5

In Read-only mode:
 - editor and validation checkboxes are completely hidden
 - filtering checkboxes and dropdown are not hidden
 - 'south' panel with TM and participants is completely hidden.

VERIFIED in Zanata version 1.5-SNAPSHOT (20120220-1107).
