jsp, servlet and el alternatives are installed with the same priority (the last number in the update-alternative call in posts). Priorities should be higher so when tomcat apis are installed tomcat6 apis are no longer the autoselected ones. jsp - 20200 servlet - 30000 elspec - 20300 should be a good choice, considering the current tomcat6 apis priorities.
