jFormatString has changed and I'm trying to find out how to get the source code for it.

Richard, do you still work on that?

> Richard, do you still work on that?

Yeah, I should be able to work on this soon; I've been a bit busy lately. The URL for my post to the findbugs-discuss list has changed:

https://mailman.cs.umd.edu/pipermail/findbugs-discuss/2012-July/003606.html

and unfortunately I didn't get any response. However the jFormatString source is included in jFormatString.jar, and the licence is specified at:

http://code.google.com/p/findbugs/source/browse/trunk/findbugs/licenses/LICENSE-jFormatString.txt

so it should be possible to upgrade to FindBugs 2.

So having found the jFormatString source code the next problem was finding the BCEL source that FindBugs 2.0.2 was compiled against. According to this:

  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BCEL-163

and my inspection of the BCEL trunk, the FindBugs changes have been incorporated into BCEL.

I'm now looking at upgrading to 2.0.2 again.
