Description of problem:
following an "everything" install, gnome-cd-properties lists the program "vlc"
to be used for playing dvds.  however, vlc is not installed.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install rh80, configure cd/dvd drive properties

It's just an example... the "Play DVD" is disabled by default.

We don't ship anything else that can play DVD's either.
