Non Clustered configuration should handle a load of 1000 concurrent users with response time of less than 2 seconds in qa lab perf machine (e.g. perf11) with 3G of max heap.

I see following error when perf test start. That's during a load of 50 simultaneous users and this exception keeps getting thrown and thrown as tests run.
