project_key: JBEPP

Can you pls edit message when creating new portal which starts with illegal character (number)?

Now the message is:
The "Portal Name :" field must start with a character and must not contains special characters.

a should be:
The "Portal Name :" field must start with a character and must not contain special characters.

And at GateIn trunk there is:
The "Portal Name :" field must start with a character and must not contain special characters." (final quot shouldn't be there)

Thanks
