- if you click Sign in -> write some invalid values -> redirect to login page or
- directly access portal/private/classic without session

-> there is logo of GateIn which could be changed to EPP5 logo (or text), also the styling of page to the EPP5 style would be great

i've added restyling of both dialogues, but this is only a speed-fix. the correct way would be to use the same code/style on both places.

if you like my proposed dialogues, i will upload the archive containing image files, which need to be replaced in the EPP sources.
