 - add gadget on page (Gadget Wrapper Portlet)
 - edit this portlet: uncheck Show info bar
 - finish (gadget must be on the bottom)
 -> bottom border is missing.

Looks like div (id = UIPageBody) is overlayed with gadget content (div with CSS class .gadgets-gadget-content makes problem)

Duplicate issue of JBEPP-1175 (which has already been fixed).
