Help Desk Ticket Reference: https://na7.salesforce.com/500A0000004pfZg project_key: JBEPP login as root, go to group -> organization -> users and group management: in User Management tab, when you search for a user "demo" you got one hit, but "Demo" don't find anything at all. I believe this is wrong and search function should be case-insensitive.
