Remove section 13.2.4. Maven Archetypes 
Remove section 13.2.5. Video Tutorials

At the end of section 13.2.3, there is a reference to archetype section which needs to be updated.

Remove section 13.3.1.5. JSR-329

In 13.3.2.1. web.xml, the text needs to be updated so that DEFAULT load strategy is used. But it needs to be clarified with Wesley a bit because WSRP works better with ALL load strategy.

The second half of section 13.3.3.1. starting with "If you are using this bridge version from 2.0.0.BETA..." needs to go away.

Actioned feedback except switching ALL load strategy to DEFAULT as surrounding text states that this is a preference in some circumstances.
