Create a JIRA for the new content. Link it to this JIRA and also to the JIRA tracking the book the content is to be added to.

To add new documents to the EPP docs suite:
Create a JIRA for the new document (follow the "Docs: EPP <Release> - <Document>" naming convention) and link it to this JIRA.
