Description Miroslav Cupák 2011-09-28 01:48:21 UTC
++ This bug is a clone of bug 794164 ++

project_key: JBEPP

IE7 doesn't display many inputs in the correct position. This can be seen in _Edit Portlet_ dialog (accessible by clicking the pencil icon on a portlet when editing a page) of e.g. _Logo Portlet_ or _iFrame Portlet_ (_URL_).

Comment 11 Peter Palaga 2013-11-15 15:28:59 UTC
IE 9 and 10 are supported ATM. Cannot reproduce in IE 10. Leaving open as I still need to verify with IE 9.

Comment 12 Miroslav Cupák 2013-11-15 16:58:11 UTC
Looks like this is still broken in IE 9 (tried with Logo Portlet).

Comment 13 Peter Palaga 2013-11-18 15:51:05 UTC
Huhu, guess what happened when I tried to reproduce this with Logo Portlet? I could reproduce it with IE9... and also all other browsers I tried (FF, Chrome) and even GateIn master, too.

Hence -- at least at present -- this issue is a Logo Portlet CSS problem. It is definitely not an IE specific problem.

IFrame Portlet works as expected in all browsers.

I propose to fix this in upstream. The fix is quite trivial.

Comment 14 Peter Palaga 2013-11-19 14:03:43 UTC
PR sent to upstream.

Comment 15 Dominik Pospisil 2013-12-11 12:58:39 UTC
Logo portlet edit dialog layout still broken. Tested with DR1 and Firefox 25.

Logo portlet edit dialog in DR1.

Comment 18 Tomas Kyjovsky 2014-02-20 13:09:49 UTC
Verified for 6.1.1.CR1 using Logo portlet. Tested browsers: IE9, IE10, FF 27 on Win, FF 26 on Linux, Chrome 32 on Linux.
