Hi Scott,
I've added documentation for SSO valve into GateIn trunk and I updated documentation as currently we don't need workaround with login.jsp and BASIC authentication. I also removed section with example of cluster on same host, which does not makes much sense for SSO valve (because user logins here are replicated anyway because of Session replication).

Particular GTNPORTAL jira is GTNPORTAL-2277. First commit for rev. 8080 is simply backport of EPP documentation into GateIn trunk because SSO valve docs did not exist before in GateIn trunk. Second commit https://source.jboss.org/viewrep/GateIn/portal/trunk/docs/reference-guide/en-US/modules/AuthenticationAndIdentity/SSO.xml?r1=8080&r2=8081 contains new documentation update, which will be good to cover in EPP docs as well. So I am assigning this jira to you.

I've ported the changes into the EPP Reference Guide. I may not have all the tweaks for r8082 as I'm currently having some pdf building issues, but once they're resolved I'll check the pdf output for formatting errors and correct them.
