Description Thomas Heute 2012-01-25 08:18:58 UTC
project_key: JBEPP

It is possible to enable or disable Catpcha on registration but the doc doesn't seem to mention how.

There is a portlet preference "useCaptcha" that can be used in exoadmin.war/portlet.xml for the RegisterPortlet. (To be verified)

It is also configurable from the GUI when you edit the RegisterPortlet on the Register Page

Hi Thomas

Can you point me to links to any background info on useCapcha.

I did find this youTube [1]from you which will probably do as a start for draft info.

I assume you can set the useCapcha flag in portlet.xml to off if you wanted to do it from the directive file.

Cheers

Jared

TRIAGE INFORMATION

Relevance: EPP 5.2 and EPP 6

==Task==

Make the (very trivial) change as prescribed in both versions.

==Requirements==

Ensure you have access to:

http://svn.jboss.org/repos/gatein/epp/docs/branches/5.2/ and http://svn.jboss.org/repos/gatein/epp/docs/branches/6.0/

to make changes to these guides.

==Resolving==

Add Revision History to each guide, and stage the books.

Commit changes to SVN trunks.

Update the BZ with tracking info. Set bug to ON_QA.

Comment 7 Russell Dickenson 2012-12-03 05:09:10 UTC
As far as I can tell, this issue has already been fixed. For EPP 5.2, the corrected section can be found at [1]. For JPP 6.0 I have attached the guide in PDF format.

Please review these revisions of the guide and confirm whether or not this issue has been resolved.
