In "info", include importer type id and config details

In "status", indicate whether sync is:
    enabled/disabled
    dry run only
    currently in progress

Nothing to be done for info - Pulp already includes the importer and distributor lists when retrieving the repo details.

For status, the single line table format was already too crowded, so this command has been reformatted to produce separate sections for each repo. This allows more details to be included, such as the result and start and finished for both the most recent sync attempt and the most recent successful sync, as well as details of the current sync status of the repo (i.e. enabled/disabled, whether it is configured for dry run operation and whether or not a sync is currently in progress)
