Description of problem:
Spacewalk on postgresql can't create activation key with unlimited usage.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
spacewalk-java-1.7.26-1.el6.noarch


How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. got to Systems > Activation keys > create new key (https://<satellite>/rhn/activationkeys/Create.do)
2. fill in Description and Key, leave Usage empty, skip other fields and click Create Activation Key
  
Actual results:
Usage Limit must be a valid number.

Expected results:
key created

Additional info:
postgresql specific, works on oracle
