Describe the issue:
     When installing under MySQL - the startup fails because the ecmdemo databases
     are not created. Need to add instructions for creating these databases. 


Suggestions for improvement:
     Recommend something similar to the EPP installation guide:

Fixed as part of the large changes relating to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=794386

I've added detailed information about JCR and IDM databases for each portal container, and cited Site Publisher as the key reason why a customer would need to set up multiple databases.
