Description Perry Myers 2012-02-17 19:38:24 UTC
Since we don't ever want to run an NFS server on oVirt Node, we can remove various daemons only associated with running NFS servers

rpcbind, rpc.idmapd can both be removed

rpc.statd needs to stay since this is needed for nfs file locks

We can also blacklist these files:
./sbin/rpcbind
./usr/bin/rpcgen
./usr/sbin/rpcinfo
./usr/sbin/rpc.gssd
./usr/sbin/rpc.idmapd
./usr/sbin/rpc.mountd
./usr/sbin/rpc.nfsd
./usr/sbin/rpc.svcgssd
./usr/sbin/rpcdebug

What if the node has to nfs mount a storage domain from another machine? Is idmap needed?

when testing, need to install, register to engine, add to nfs datacenter and connect to nfs storage domain
