It seems like it's not actually prevented from doing these things though.  Still in a debug mode?  It wouldn't work if these were blocked, at least the network connections.

Package selinux-policy-3.10.0-91.fc17:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 17 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing selinux-policy-3.10.0-91.fc17'
as soon as you are able to.
