Description of problem:

When tried to create repository with duplicate name, it displays the error in UI twice.

Please refer the attached screenshot.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Build Version: JON 3.0.1.GA RC5 (Build Number: dd8a001:fbca611)
Browser: Firefox 3.6.3

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Administration->Content->Repositories
2. Click on Create New button
3. Enter a name 'abctest' in 'Name' field and save.
4  Try to Create another new repository with the same name 'abctest'.
5. It displays below error twice in UI.

Error: There is already a repo with the name of [abctest]
  
Actual results:

The error on creating a duplicate repository is displayed twice in UI

Expected results:

The error on creating a duplicate repository should be displayed only once in UI.
