Was the machine resuming from a suspend or hibernate?
yes from hibernate !
the next build after that kernel had a patch that might help. please try and reproduce this with the 3.2.7 build
I tested 3.2.7, when i resume from hibernate, i get tons o error related to ext4fs. The only choice i have is to do a hard reboot.
