Description of problem:
Restart button from "Application Launcher Menu"->"Leave" does not restart the computer but only logs out of the session.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.8.0-11.fc17

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on "Application Launcher Menu"->"Leave"->"Restart"
2.

Actual results:
Logs out of the session.

Expected results:
Restarts the computer

Additional info:
Tested on fully updated Fedora 17, x86_64 that was upgraded from Fedora 16 (fully updated).
