reboot error

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launched an instance in ec2
2.from the monitor tab
3.tried to reboot the machine
  
Actual results:
An error on UI "undefined method `do_operation' for #<InstancesController:0x7f5952e0d960> " 

tried to reboot from the tabled view, it is working fine

Expected results:
User should be allowed to reboot from pretty view also
