Description of problem: rpm -V (verify) output now (F16) gives info in a different order (vs, say, F14). The man page still suggests the F14-ish order is correct. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Easily. Steps to Reproduce: 1. type: rpm -V <package> 2. 3. Actual results: ]$ sudo rpm -V openssh-server 5S.T..... c /etc/ssh/sshd_config Expected results: sudo rpm -V openssh-server S.5....T. c /etc/ssh/sshd_config Additional info: It might just be that the documentation (man page) hasn't caught up with a change for output format.
Uff. Funny it took this long for anybody to notice, but the change in verify output is not intended at all, it's a dumb refactoring mistake. Will fix...
