[RFE] wallaby shell should have a means to delete a snapshot

Description of problem:
wallaby shell provides the ability to create, load, and list snapshots but does not provide a means to delete a snapshot name. The wallaby shell should provide a command to remove snapshots.

Steps to Reproduce:
Added remove-snapshot command.
Fixed on master.
