Description of problem:
When clicking on Red Hat Public Beta, the description field shows Null beta 
instead of Phoebe.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.New Query
2.Click on Bugzilla
3.
    

Actual Results:  For bugs about the Null Public Beta release of Red Hat Linux, 
please choose null as the version and i386 as the platform.

Expected Results:  For bugs about the Phoebe Public Beta release of Red Hat 
Linux, please choose phoebe as the version and i386 as the platform.
