TypeError: Argument 1 does not allow None as a value

Description of problem:
An exception occurs when clicking "Select" without any selection.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Steps to Reproduce:
1.click + to add a language
2.click the selected row with pressing shift or just type something 3 times and enter
the exception in summary happens.
