Easiest way to describe this is with screen snapshots.

Go to the main Bundle view and click "new" to upload a new bundle. You will see the upload wizard (see attachment wizard1.png). Select the radio button to a upload bundle distribution file and notice the icon in the upload component gets clipped (see attachment wizard2.png)

needed to explicitly set the width like we do for the other two radio button components so the icon can fully show

Bulk closing of items that are on_qa and in old RHQ releases, which are out for a long time and where the issue has not been re-opened since.
