Description of problem:
No JVM monitoring of AS7 possible

patch is based on branch release-4.3.0.GA
D2D plugin.xml generation is complex type agnostic now

We need to evaluate this in comparison to the jmx plugin. Surely the jmx plugin has more capabilities?

An augmented version of the plugin descriptor + BaseComponent have been committed to
